Lisa Tugal
Owner
Lisa earned her BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University in 1982 and has been helping small businesses ever since. Lisa served as a Financial Analyst for Fortune 100 and startups like GE, DEC, Aircraft Engine Business Group, Computer Special Systems Worldwide, Systems Integration Business Group and GEAC Computer Systems. Lisa repeatedly proved her financial expertise by managing annual budgets, strategic planning, forecasting, financial auditing, modeling and, of course, bookkeeping.
Lisa believes that every business owner, regardless of company size, deserves the same level of expertise and quality of service.
Lynn Hughes
Bookkeeper/Accountant
Lynn holds a BS in Economics and Mathematics from Union College and an MBA with a finance concentration from Boston College. Lynn worked for BayBank in the Financial Reporting and Budgeting Department, advancing to VP during her eight-year tenure. After a small break to raise her two children, Lynn returned to the workforce in 2016 joining Lisa at Bellwether. For over 20 years Lynn has volunteered with the Acton-Boxborough schools and the Boxboro Garden Club. When you get a chance, ask Lynn about her non-accounting loves- gardening, baking, and her wonderful dogs.

Leslie Miling
Bookkeeper/Accountant
Leslie has an MSA from UMASS Lowell, a BA from Albion College and a JD from Syracuse College of Law. After several years of practicing law in Syracuse, Leslie took a hiatus to become an at-home mom for her two daughters. Leslie returned to the workforce in 2017 joining Lisa at Bellwether. Leslie's hobbies include CrossFit, softball, reading, and gardening. She also loves volunteering at her local school theater program and with the Girl Scouts.
